Raul, I hope everything is well with you.
I’ve noticed that your website has been broken
for a long time now. It occurred to me the other
day that I have what I think could be a very
good option for you (I have no financial
interest in it). I have a wonderful long term
relationship with a professional
webmaster/designer/marketing guru. I started
with him through the PayPal shop cart service.
He has a number of shopcart/website applications
for people with just a few products. He also
does websites for people with 10,000 items and I
became convinced that this is the guy who could
really help me, even after getting screwed
around for over a year with another supposed
‘webmaster’.
Long story short is told by looking at my
website. I wanted is crisp, easy to navigate and
fast. It has taken a lot of work to get to what
Google says is a 3200 page website (we do a lot
of cross promoting of products). In the
approximate five years we’ve worked together,
there has never been a day when we didn’t have
an improvement project the site itself or
internet marketing.
I never expected we would have many sales on
the site, I set it up to entice people to call
the store, since most of them understand little
about our products.
Anyway, the reason I wanted to recommend Sean
to you is that he is dedicated to his customers,
like you and me. And, he does piece work, if
that’s a good term here. Sean has built my
website into what I think is better than any of
my competitors as good as any one the net and
has never billed me more than $240 at a time for
his work. I call him to discuss something that
would take me a half a day to create or change
and the next day I see he’s debited my bank card
$70. Sometimes he groups projects together and
the charge is usually $140.
He has had my debit card for five years and I
have never called him wondering why he charged
because he always attached a detailed activity
list with the statement, which he emails me. I
get the statement before the money even comes
out of my account.
In all this time I’ve introduced Sean to two
people: a friend of 37 years and you. He doesn’t
need to chase after work but he does like new
quality accounts –the same as you and me, again.
I’ve taken all this time to introduce you guys
because it’s not often I’ve worked with two guys
who I feel good about introducing,
business-wise.

Whew ! That was a major project, and we want you to know
how much we appreciate your patience and creativity. It
was a real pleasure to work with you and to feel that

Since I like things to be a no-brainer for the customer, even help them
along their journey, I like clear, clean and
professional looking pages. Therefore, mine
is as good as the best, as I see it.
And you know I
am picky where it comes to those things.
Potential
customers can get to what they are
interested in with far fewer clicks than
with any of my competitors. That
means they can get back to a previous page
without getting frustrated and leaving.
It also gives them a good feeling about
coming back to my site if they need to
continue their research at a later time.
It always
takes extra time and effort to make things
simple and I thank you for working with me
to accomplish that.

Just thought I would drop a line and let you
know that I really like the changes you made to
the admin. It makes it easier to work with
when adding new products. I have been with Earth
Skater for almost two years now and I think I
can honestly say, why would anybody go anywhere
else for ecommerce web hosting? you guys have
